We are looking for a DELMIA Expert (m/f/d) in Oberpfaffenhofen with immediate effect
€ 75.000 - € 83.000 p.a. in fulltime
Profile
* Knowledge of process Mapping, SIPOC, EPK, ability to Moderate and Challenge Processes
* Knowledge in Time Management, and MTM, Allowance Times, Performance Rating
* Good Understanding of SAP production planning, Interface 3DX to SAP, Scheduling in SAP, Interface EWM, SAP PEO System Understanding
* Good OPEX Understanding, Philosophy vs. Method, Systems Thinking, experience in communicating a lean philosophy.
* A Good Understanding of the Structure of DELMIA, and the Interaction with SAP
Tasks
* Professional leadership of a small team that takes responsibility for the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools for the manufacturing engineering team
* Value stream mapping / process landscape of the entire production flow
* Establishment of the planning software DELMIA
* Building up of the required SAP processes
* Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM
* Establishment of a production system
* Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process
* Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team
