We at home24 are working closely with our partner companies within the GIGA purchase group to revolutionize how product data is handled. We are building a brand-new Product Data Onboarding Platform from scratch (Greenfield). Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, our goal is to create a seamless, intuitive experience for suppliers and retailers.
The vision is clear, and the timeline is set: We aim to launch the MVP of the platform in the second half of this year. We are looking for an execution-focused Senior UI & Product Designer (m/f/d) to join our high-performance team in Berlin. With core processes defined, we need a strong partner to translate requirements into a professional User Interface that makes complex tasks feel simple. Our ambition doesn't stop at the launch. We want to continuously evolve the platform based on stakeholder feedback, pushing the user experience to a best-in-class level.
Your Responsibilities
* You will shape the UI across our three interconnected portals (Supplier, Central Admin, and Member/Retailer interfaces), ensuring a consistent and professional look & feel
* You turn technical requirements into guided, intuitive user flows, whether it’s for the core product onboarding, data validation and approval workflows, data model configuration, or stakeholder communication
* Since the core processes are defined, you focus on the visual implementation in Figma. You ensure clarity, efficiency, and high usability standards
* You act fast. You incorporate feedback from suppliers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to iteratively refine the interface until it meets the highest quality standards
* You ensure your designs are technically feasible and prepare clean assets and specs that our developers can implement directly
Your Profile
* Your portfolio clearly demonstrates that you have worked on complex web applications before. We want to see Case Studies of Admin Panels, Dashboards, or SaaS tools, show us how you structure tables, forms, and data, not just marketing websites
* You have 4+ years of professional experience in UI Design with a focus on B2B/Enterprise software.
* You excel at breaking down complex information into simple, digestible steps
* You know how to design for data-heavy applications without creating clutter
* You are not satisfied with "good enough." You want to build a tool that sets a new industry standard
* You are proficient in Figma (Auto-Layout, Components, Libraries)
* Your are fluent in English. German would be a plus
