Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
As the DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in evolving our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. Your core contributions will include:
* Cloud Architecture & Operations: Lead the design, development, and operation of robust cloud-based solutions, leveraging managed services within our target domain architecture.
* Infrastructure Automation (IaC): Drive end-to-end automation for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and management, implementing and maintaining version-controlled Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Pipeline & Stack Evolution: Develop and continuously optimize our overall cloud technology stack and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring their scalability and resilience.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Security Engineers and Software Engineers, to embed security-by-design principles and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
* Performance & Migration: Proactively monitor multi-cloud environments (public/private) to ensure service levels are met, and execute seamless migrations of applications and products to cloud platforms.
What You Bring:
* Extensive DevOps Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in a DevOps engineering role, preferably within an IT solutions or consulting environment.
* Cloud Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including managed services.
* Automation & Scripting: Mastery of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
* Containerization & CI/CD: In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and experience in designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
* Data Warehouse & Analytical Systems: Proven experience with DWH/reporting projects and developing analytical systems in complex environments (e.g., insurance, public sector).
* Methodological Agility: Certified in HERMES, SCRUM, or ITIL, combined with a SAFe Agilist certification.
* Data Modeling Acumen: Solid understanding and practical experience in data modeling.
* Tooling (Advantageous): Familiarity with MicroStrategy and Informatica tools.
* Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
