About the position As a key member, you will develop subsystem architectures, including system-level documentation. You will act as a bridge between systems engineering and hardware design teams to ensure compliance with system requirements and subsystem functionality. Key responsibilities include: Developing subsystem architectures, evaluating implementation options for Tx and Rx signal chains. Coordinating technical solutions with various engineering teams and managing technical risks. Defining requirements for subsystem components, such as ADC modules and FPGA controllers, ensuring compliance with standards. Reviewing and approving subsystem designs. Aligning solutions with platform roadmaps for future reuse. Collaborating with customers on requirements and design reviews. Performing integration tests and verifications in modern lab facilities. About you You thrive in dynamic, project-driven environments, working independently and collaboratively. You value continuous learning and can manage multiple R&D activities simultaneously. Your CV should include: A university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or similar, preferably with specialization in digital hardware for RF/MW applications. An analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex challenges. Experience in designing digital or mixed-signal circuitry from concept to layout and verification. Skills in hardware system modeling and simulation. Knowledge of radio, safety, and EMC regulatory requirements.
