Key Responsibilties
* Managing the entire "Employee Work Cycle".
* Responsibility for the accurate preparation of the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external service provider.
* Acting as a point of contact for authorities, government offices, and social insurance agencies.
* Preparation of monthly reports, statistics, and evaluations
* Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases, managing the time management system.
* Supporting and closely collaborating with managers and employees.
* Responsibility for Talent Acquisition in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Organizing training sessions in accordance with company policy.
* Participation in projects, including project responsibility.
* Close and trusted collaboration with the works council.
Profile
* Completed qualifications in HR.
* Several years of professional experience in a payroll role, ideally in an international environment.
* In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws.
* Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
* Working in a structured manner, is good at planning, can maintain an overview, strong communication skills and assertiveness.
* High service and customer orientation.
* Strong initiative, a hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
* Good knowledge of SAP and proficient use of common MS Office programs.
