ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a technology enthusiast with extensive experience in Controlling, ready to step into a global financial lead role? We are FRAMOS, an international B2B high-tech company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Controlling Manager to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further. In this role you will report to our Chief Financial Officer based in Munich and oversee our global financial planning and forecast, budgeting and analysis, ensuring and maintaining financial well-being of the organization. Acting as the “right hand” to our CFO, you will be a trusted financial partner to the business. You will be leading our Controlling team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead global change processes in all areas of Controlling and FP&A You will implement a Business Partner Controlling concept and mindset You will implement Project Controlling You will challenge and improve budgeting and forecasting processes You will provide Management Reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis and act as a source of information to our Leadership Team You will provide main financial statements (P&L, B/S, CF statements) You will steer and monitor expenses and make sure they are accurate and within set limits You will be involved in year-end financial processes You will identify and explain discrepancies in actual financial results compared to the Budget/Rolling Forecast You will lead the calculation of Intercompany recharges and transfer pricing You will monitor short-term cash flow forecasting The role is based in the Munich region with planned visits to our office in Taufkirchen at least once a week. YOUR PROFILE You have gained extensive work experience in Controlling and FP&A roles, ideally in an international environment You have a strong analytical mindset with hands-on approach to problem-solving You have led change projects and have experience improving processes in Finance teams You are a strong communicator You have digital fluency and a commitment to driving continuous improvement You are familiar with reporting systems like LucaNet or similar as well as ERP systems such as MS Navision/Business Central 365 You are fluent in English and German About us FRAMOS® is an imaging expert, trusted advisor, and vision solutions provider.
