Job Description
Your tasks will include:
1. Strategy Development and Business Field Portfolio Management (planning, support, KPI tracking) in alignment with group sector strategy planning
2. Market Intelligence: Coordinate BA requirements with central pool and support with BA perspective
3. BA specific: Analyses & maintains global market / competitor intelligence
4. Supporting and Execution of the OneContiTech M&A Strategy with Group Sector and responsible for BA individual processes (incl. target identification + evaluation).
5. Support identification of CT search fields and research on targets
6. This position has a significant impact on the successful realization and deployment of strategic targets strategy aligned business field management
7. Explicit focus on business development incl. marketing concepts. The several methods and activities to be applied on this position will enable achievements with high strategic relevance
8. Safeguard the link between technology and business, transferring the leading edge technology into sustainable business models and finally Business
9. Result into decision criteria / activities as recommendation for board. With the activities on new initiatives, this position ensures that key Technology Fields, Lighthouse programs and strategic aspects, which are essential for ContiTech´s Future and are assigned from the Board, are well promoted internally and externally
Qualifications
10. Several years of professional experience in the field described
11. Knowledge about BA relevant business and market environment
12. Knowledge about BA relevant products, materials, and processes
13. General Management understanding, business / financial acumen
14. Theoretical and practical experience in strategy development / M&A / business intelligence methods, tools, and techniques
15. Business Modelling in alignment with Innovation Management
16. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
17. Analytic Skills
18. Moderation and presentation techniques
19. Multi-project management skills, tools, and techniques
20. Intercultural competence (norms and behaviour)
