About the company
1. A long-established Japanese industrial energy and electronics group, employing around 104 people and generating approximately €31 million in annual revenue, serving the EMEA region with semiconductor, drive and power-supply technologies
Responsibilities
2. Advising the Head of IT on IT security risks and mitigation strategies
3. Developing and maintaining security governance, policies and compliance frameworks
4. Performing risk and security assessments for systems, cloud and third parties
5. Driving security-related transformation initiatives ( cloud, zero trust, AI)
6. Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities and coordinating mitigation actions
7. Leading response to major security incidents including root-cause analysis
8. Managing audits, penetration tests and remediation tracking
9. Defining security requirements for projects, systems and suppliers
10. Evaluating and selecting security technologies and service providers
11. Training and advising internal stakeholders
Profile
12. Business fluent English proficiency
13. Strong expertise in cyber risk management, compliance and security governance
14. Experience in threat and vulnerability management and incident response
15. Solid knowledge of network, application and cloud security
16. Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM and penetration testing
17. Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
18. Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mindset
19. Team player with strong communication skills

Salary information
30. Up to €110,000 depending on professional experience
