Through programs such as Venture Leaders, Top100 Swiss Startups, Innosuisse and Venture Kick, we help entrepreneurial talents connect with investors and international partners - making Swiss innovation visible worldwide.
To strengthen our communication and marketing activities, we are looking for an engaged, creative, and organized individual with a passion for startups, technology, and communication .
Your responsibilities
* Support the planning, development, and implementation of communication and marketing projects
* Contribute to the creation of editorial content for the website, newsletters, social media, and press releases
* Maintain and update online content (website, social media, newsletters)
* Assist in project management within the communication team
* Support the team with administrative tasks, event preparation, and campaign coordination
Your Profile
* Ongoing or completed studies in communication, marketing, media, business, or a related field
* Language skills:
* French: native speaker or C2
* English: excellent to near-native proficiency (C1-C2)
* German is a plus
* Strong interest in digital communication and media
* Excellent writing skills and enthusiasm for creating and developing engaging content
* Independent, structured, and reliable working style
* Motivation to take responsibility and learn in a dynamic, startup-driven environment
Nice to have
* Affinity for technology and first experience using artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
* Basic knowledge of web or content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
* Initial experience in project management or event organization
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar
