Supply Base Project Lead Leads end-to-end supplier transfer, industrialization, and ramp-up projects to ensure seamless transition from development to serial production within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Owns cross-functional coordination between Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
Drives execution of:
Supplier onboarding, transfer, and SOP readiness
RFQ/RFP and sourcing support for complex components
Supplier negotiations (cost, contracts, capacity, risk)
Industrialization and manufacturing readiness (quality, logistics, validation)
Supply risk mitigation and escalation management
Supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement
Ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, and capacity targets, while enabling smooth industrialization and scalable production.
Operates with strong commercial accountability, technical depth, and decision-making authority in a global, matrixed environment.
