The PMO Coordinator (m/f/d) will provide essential support to the NorthStar Program, focusing on Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Testing. This role ensures the smooth coordination of project activities, governance, and reporting while assisting in managing risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement related to change management and testing phases. You can perform the role remotely, with frequent travels to the German sites in Neuburg a.d. Kammel and Bellheim, later also internationally. Your tasks PMO Coordination & Governance: Manage functional L4/5 plans and workstream RAID in Smartsheets Support PMO processes, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and governance standards Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and reports Coordinate project status updates and facilitate meetings, tracking action items and follow-ups Assist in updating the L4/5 and risk, issue, management in Smartsheets Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support: · Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and communication strategies · Support training with tracking and reporting · Coordinating training activities, ensuring alignment with business needs Testing Coordination: Support test planning, scheduling, and tracking. Liaise between business teams, testers, and the technical team to ensure smooth test execution. Facilitate testing status updates and issue resolution discussions. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technologies, Project Management, or related field Good expertise in the usage of Office 365 as PowerPoint, Planner and Excel Solid e xperience in project coordination, PMO, or related roles. First experience in ERP projects, OCM or testing coordination experience preferred, especially for SAP 4 Hana Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or change management (PROSCI) is a plus.
