Job Description:
Responsibilities include data collection and maintenance, customer advice and support, written and telephone answering of customer inquiries. Additionally, internal communication is required to improve the customer service performance.
Requirements:
1. First experience in customer service is desirable.
2. Technical understanding is an advantage.
3. Friendly phone voice and communicative personality.
4. Good German skills in writing and speaking.
5. Secure handling of computer systems.
