**About the Role** We are a growing German digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Account Director based in Munich to lead our most important client relationships and guide a small team of account professionals.In this senior role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial success, and day-to-day excellence of our largest accounts, while also overseeing the performance and quality of delivery across additional client accounts. You will act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, a people leader internally, and a key contributor to the agency’s growth.Act as a thought leader internally and externally through knowledge sharing, presentations, or industry participation **Experience & Skills** 5+ years of experience in client services or account management within a digital, marketing, or advertising agency3+ years of experience managing complex digital marketing programs (e.g. SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social, Content, Web, Analytics) 2+ years of experience leading account teams, including budget and commercial responsibility Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise or multi-market accounts Strong strategic, project management, and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities High financial acumen with experience owning revenue, growth, and profitability **Language & Market Requirements****Additional Qualifications (Preferred)**Experience or strong interest in AI-driven marketing solutions, automation, or LLM applications (e.g. content generation, analytics, personalization, workflow optimization) Experience translating emerging technologies into tangible client value Hybrid role with three in-office days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
