We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for both the forecasting and purchasing for their respective product category and/or or customer base. They will work closely with both commercial and sales in developing demand plans in accordance with trends that drive sales, minimize excess inventory, and meet financial targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for securing needed inventory to support demand plans from our suppliers in accordance with inventory and working capital targets. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager EMEA, the Supply Chain Analyst Teamsports has a passion analysis, accuracy, supporting the Teamsports business to achieve its sales goals. You will be able to Manage Supply/Demand Review in monthly S&OP cycle Prepare and present the demand scorecard (Sales, SPA, OTIF) Review the rolling 12 month demand plans and evaluate vs financial targets Evaluate results of excess and/or slow moving inventory sell off identified at previous month Supply Review Identify existing service or financial risks to demand plan and mitigate Confirm new products and those at end-of-life Work with the Product Management team to understand the product range, i.e. key contributors, image items, etc. Partner with the Commercial Team to understand financial targets and sales strategies Develop A/B/C product approach to planning to manage risk and optimize effort Measure and report on forecast/inventory performance Reviews in-season sales compared to forecasts/orders and makes updates based on trend and sales input. Updates forecast tools, sends purchase orders, communicates forecast changes and planning to stakeholder teams. To be a successful Supply Chain Analyst Teamsports, you need Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze data and make updates/recommendations based on analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an Advanced to Intermediate level of Excel Detail oriented; excellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other functional areas SAP experience preferred Be able to travel occasionally within Europe and Globally 2-5 year's experience in a Supply Chain, Purchasing, Demand Planning, or similar role is preferred and ideally Sports industry industry background Bachelor’s Degree ideally or similar professional experience What We'll Provide Competitive Salary Local benefits Employee Discount The opportunity for independent and self-reliant work A friendly and vibrant working environment in a dynamic and international team
