Then here are the … Your responsibilities: Ensuring IT operations through first- and second-level support for our employees (hardware and software, Windows clients, mobile devices, standard applications). Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the server (under Hyper-V) and network environment, firewall and client systems, as well as the application and telecommunications software in use. Planning and implementation of digitalization projects, e.g., expansion of OZG services as well as DMS/e-file workflows (end-to-end processes). Implementation of measures for IT security, data protection, and information security based on BSI Basic Protection and legal requirements.
