We are looking for a Pizzaiolo for our restaurant Coccodrillo in Veteranenstrasse 9, 10119 in Berlin.
Your Mission:
* Guaranteeing pizza quality
* Perfect knowledge of the ingredients used
* Responsible for the speed of execution / rate of cooking and preparation
* Responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment and alerting the operator to any need for replacement
* Responsible for preservation of ingredients
* Responsible for the cleanliness of the area before, during and after service
