With your overview on the entire portfolio, you will drive the identification of gaps in our digital capabilities and will develop proposals for strategic initiatives.Please see below for the responsibilities:Within your role, you will manage the innovation unit’s portfolio of IT, Digital Initiatives and data acquisitions- providing regular overviews including scientific use cases, value proposition, impact and alignment to strategy to the overarching governance body.You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing regular reviews of the entire portfolio, facilitating and supporting strategic planning and decision making. e.g. cross-domain business case analyses, summaries of identified strategic gaps, and provisioning of outside-in perspectives.With your expertise, you will support portfolio budgeting and coordinate access to resources and capabilities for all portfolio initiatives to ensure their successful implementation.You will prepare regular communications about the portfolio and individual initiatives on a regular basisFurther expectations:PhD in Computer Sciences, Bioinformatics, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in pharma R&D and working in multifunctional teamsExperience in (matrix) leadership as well as pronounced leadership skills, including coaching, challenging and guidingExcellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and initiative requiredStrong business acumen for pharma R&DExcellent communication and analytical skills as well as intercultural experienceLong term experience in (strategic) consultingDoes this sound like the next step for you?Following your application, Amelia Pudney will discuss the opportunity with you in detail.
