We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented HR Administrator (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Germany. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all payroll-related matters across our German legal entities and support a smooth, compliant, and employee-focused HR administration.
The role reports to the Senior HR Director, Thai Union Germany, and can be based in either Hamburg or Sassnitz.
Prepare and execute monthly payroll in close collaboration with an external payroll provider, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and tax and social security regulations
Prepare and manage employment contracts for employees and trainees in Germany
Maintain and update personnel files and HR master data

This role offers hands-on exposure to payroll, works council matters, and HR administration in a production environment. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise, take ownership, and continuously develop your HR skillset.
