Your main responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources. Align the sender and receiver view of OPEX and document deviations in a structured database. Support stakeholders with ad-hoc reports (e.g., FTE cost), ensuring alignment with their organizational structures. Align legal and management reporting views and simplify processes whenever possible. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track OPEX KPIs, sender- receiver view for Regulatory cost. Provide regular insights on trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across the organization. Prepare clear, insightful reports for the R&D Head, Regulatory Head, and Project Management. Support R&D Controlling Graz and the Project Management team in planning and reporting for Life‑Cycle Management. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a controller or in a similar financial role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sector. Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail. Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity. Experience collaborating in multinational and multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders. Business‑fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take on challenges
