Job Description
As a Project Engineer within Delta’s Data Center Solutions division, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality battery and energy storage solutions to our customers. You will support project execution from planning and design to installation, testing, and commissioning—ensuring technical compliance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a junior engineer who is eager to grow in the fields of data centers, energy storage, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, engineering, and implementation of battery and energy storage systems for data center solutions.
* Assist subcontractors in project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, supply chain, field service) to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation (BOMs, technical reports, progress updates).
* Povide technical support during project execution, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Working with General contractor on site
* Support Project Managers and Business Manager on project development
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
* Preferrable 1-3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in data centers, batteries, UPS systems, or energy storage solutions.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and battery technologies.
* Strong skills in MS Office tools.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus. Due to business needs, Chinese language is necessary and with technical background.
