Are you an experienced Biomedical or Laboratory Equipment Engineer looking for a permanent, stable, and highly flexible Field Service role?
Do you want a position with no call-out, no shift work, and rare overnight stays, where your entire year of visits is planned in advance?
We are working with a well-established Biomedical Service Provider supporting research laboratories, pharmaceutical clients, and bioprocess facilities across Europe. The company has over 600 employees globally and has been operating since 1996, providing expert maintenance, refurbishment, and servicing of high-precision laboratory instrumentation.
They are looking for a Field Service Engineer anywhere close to North Rhine-Westphalia, working fully from home while covering pre-planned visits nationwide. You will perform exclusively planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of high-end equipment such as chromatography systems, spectrometers, centrifuges, microplate readers/washers, SPR systems, HPLC/UHPLC instruments and more.
You will receive 2 weeks of hands-on training in the US, followed by a structured shadowing programme with senior engineers. Progression through skill levels unlocks regular salary increases and performance bonuses, ensuring strong long-term career growth.

The Candidate:
2. Technical background in Biomedical Engineering or laboratory instrumentationIdeally experience with Chromatography, HPLC/UHPLC, or similar systemsStrong customer-facing skillsBased around North Rhine-WestphaliaFluent German Speaking (B2 Minimum)
