Responsibilities
* Trusted support to our CFO Christian Jehle and the executive board.
* Primary point of contact for C-Level direct reports and communications on behalf of the CFO.
* Preparation of presentations and communication materials.
* Daily business support and cross‑functional collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners.
* Planning, coordination and execution of board meetings, executive board sessions and CFO calendar management.
* Central steering of strategy processes and projects, planning and coordination of meetings and business travel.
* Prioritization of inquiries, projects and communications, tracking of open topics, deadlines and appointments, regular organization of meetings, events and community meetings.
Qualifications
* Business administration background, dual study or commercial training and ideally experience in comparable roles.
* Structured, confident and secure handling with a pleasant and committed appearance.
* Excellent English skills and strong numerical understanding.
* Organizational talent, resilience with communicative skills and true team player mentality.
* Personal initiative, reliability and absolute discretion.
