Our client is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee the full execution of turnkey construction projects across industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential developments. Following onboarding in Düsseldorf, you will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations nationwide—ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, subcontractor management, documentation, and cost control. This is a hands-on leadership role where you guide construction teams, liaise with clients, and maintain rigorous standards throughout each project phase.
The company is seeking individuals with at least 3–5 years of site management experience and a strong grounding in German construction standards, VOB regulations, and multidisciplinary coordination. Success in the role requires clear communication, assertiveness, structured work habits, and the readiness to travel throughout Germany, supported by a company car, accommodation, and robust training opportunities. The role also offers a pathway to future Project Manager positions.
