Für unser Forschungsteam am Standort Frankfurt-Höchst suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:
Scientist (m/w/d) - Ziegler-Natta Katalysator-Forschung
Responsibilities
* Leitung von Innovationsprojekten im Bereich Ziegler-Natta-Katalysatoren
* Planung und Durchführung von Experimenten zur Katalysatorentwicklung und -anwendung
* Charakterisierung und Anwendungstests von Polyolefin-Katalysatoren
* Koordination von F&E-Aktivitäten im Team und mit externen Partnern
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ESHA- und Unternehmensvorschriften
* Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Universitäten zu F&E-Themen
Requirements
* Promotion in Chemie oder Chemieingenieurwesen
* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Ziegler-Natta-Katalysatoren
* Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Analyse und Anwendungstestung von Polyolefin-Katalysatoren
* Sehr gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Herangehensweise
* Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Laborprozessen in die Produktion
* Sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in multikulturellen Teams
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
