This role is ideal if you aspire to become a founder yourself. PULT has already created three founders, and we're looking to expand the PULT mafia with you. You will work directly with our founder and growth team, taking on impactful projects that will shape our commercial and operational success.
Your core focus will be finding and scaling new growth channels, international expansion, and automation. Whatever it takes!
You will play a pivotal role in growing the company, building a category-defining company from the ground up.
Tasks
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Growth
* Drive strategic projects across business development and growth
* Test and scale new growth channels to expand our reach
* Support our international expansion and other growth efforts
* Measure, quantify and report on strategy and campaign performance

* Set up, drive and automate processes and operations
Requirements
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* Academic excellence: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
* Top-tier experience: 1-3 years of work experience from Tier 1 / 2 consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups / VCs, or you have founded a company yourself
* High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
* Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English, German is a plus
* Motivated by impact: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
* Entrepreneurial: You are eager to learn what it means to run a startup
* Based in Hamburg: For this position we think it is crucial to be on site and close to the action (hybrid is fine though)
