Your Tasks:
1. In charge of Specialty Polyamides granules sales & business development in DACH (volume, price, margin) and CEE to Industrial, Consumers and Textile markets.
2. Implement the sales strategy on the field in line with the guidelines issued by Global Market Managers and Sales Director: negotiate volume, prices at customers including distributors.
3. Be very active prospecting on the field, initiating new projects, leading them until recurrent sales.
4. High value added specialty polymers supplied to fast growing markets, double digit yearly growth supported by an hunting mode team spirit.
5. Outstanding industrial investments on going bringing soon additional production capacities all over the world and mainly focused on biobased products which demand is high.
6. Business report to Global Market manager Industry/O&G // EMEA Sales based in France.
7. Hierarchical report to the local/regional country Manager Based in Arkema local affiliate office or home-based.
Your Qualifications:
8. 3-5 years in sales and/or business development
9. Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
10. Graduated from an Engineer School / PhD with a high commercial sense and high communication skills
11. Experience in an International business environment and within matrix organisations
12. Good understanding of Technical Polymers performances and processing is a plus
13. Autonomy, reactivity, curiosity, self-starter, perfectly organized
14. Travels/facing to customers 50% of the time
