PMM Operations and Pricing is responsible for accurate cost- and pricing data of the complete product portfolio plus coordinating cross-platform program managers and standards. The role owns pricing for Jenbacher equipment (New Units business) across both price calculation and price approval processes. Functional budgeting, product profitability controlling and key strategic projects are additional responsibilities.Your Responsibilities:Lead a team of product cost, product pricing and program managers and be accountable for attraction, retention, training, and development of direct reportsOwn global Jenbacher equipment pricing process & systemsOwn Product cost for Jenbacher equipment – including annual & quarterly product costing process & systems and cost dataOwn Program execution across platforms, including Product Cost-Out (PCO) and related Project Management activitiesOversee & manage cross-functional annual product program update process (Configuration, Costing, Pricing)Liaison with Regions, Global Sales Support and Product ManagersLead consolidation of business data, analysis, derive actions and ensure implementation to support product line objectivesEstablish and/or improve relevant processes and (IT) toolsLead aggregation of complex pricing and cost data in accurate leadership dashboardsSolve unique problems that have a broad impact on the business, requiring in-depth interpretive thinking and complex judgementMaster Degree in a technical and/or business field5+ years of management experience in an internationally operating company in an industrial goods sector5+ years of experience in financial planning and/or cost controlling, ideally in relevant technical environmentProven track of successful managing diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary teams and managing large scale projectsSubstantial experience in large scale program/project managementFluent in English and German (verbal and written)An innovative and international working environmentHealth We Care Program - including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport - station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals Attractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilities At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
