Your tasks
8. Performing analytical and numerical calculations on strength, underwater shock and vibrations
9. Design of systems with elastic bearings
10. Preparation of evidence in the form of a report, as well as evaluation of evidence from external service providers and suppliers.
11. Coordination of requirements with stakeholders from projects and suppliers
12. Preparation of test specifications and other documents for conducting experimental proofs of shock resistance
13. Document management and management of approval processes
14. Clarifying interfaces with other specialist groups or departments from design and manufacturing
15. Technical clarification, coordination and agreement with suppliers, testing authorities and customer representatives
Your profile
16. Completed diploma or master's degree in mechanical engineering, naval architecture, civil engineering or a similar field
17. Ideally, professional experience as a calculation engineer.
18. Experience in shipbuilding, naval shipbuilding or defense technology is desirable.
19. Solid knowledge of dynamics and technical mechanics
20. Experience in the application of calculation rules and classification regulations
21. Experience using an FEM application, ideally ANSYS or HyperWorks
22. Experience in rigid body simulation, preferably with SIMPACK1
23. Safe handling of Office applications and Siemens Teamcenter
24. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
