energy future.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a
Human Resources Specialist, located in Düsseldorf with some work
from home acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will be
responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing
HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel.
Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee
relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with
labor laws and regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Human
Resources (HR) and Personnel ManagementExperience in HR Management
and developing HR PoliciesKnowledge of Employee Benefits and
compensation structuresExcellent communication and interpersonal
skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to
work independently and in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
fieldExperience in the EV chargers industry or technology sector is
a plusProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or
related field.Proven experience in a similar HR role.Sound
knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in HR
