Project Planner | Hyper-scale Datacentre | Pre-construction | Frankfurt, Germany
We are partnering with one of the largest and most advanced data centre developer in Germany to appoint a Project Planner to support major new build datacentre projects in Frankfurt. This is a
client-side role, offering strategic oversight at the earliest stages of project development, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling and programme control throughout design and pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules during concept, design, and pre‑construction phases. Support feasibility studies, early project programming, and planning strategy development. Work closely with client representatives, design teams, and external stakeholders to ensure programme deliverables are met. Provide planning intelligence to influence decision‑making, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation. Apply knowledge of data centre construction methodologies, sequencing, and MEP integration. Ensure compliance with mission‑critical standards and high‑availability delivery requirements. Liaise with hyperscale and enterprise end‑users where required. Coordinate with designers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to maintain programme accuracy.
Required Experience: Proven experience as a
Pre‑Construction Planner ,
Planning Engineer, or
Project Planner. Background in
data centre ,
mission critical, or
high‑tech infrastructure
projects. Experience working
client‑side, for an owner, developer, or operator (preferred). Strong knowledge of pre‑construction processes: feasibility, scheduling, design coordination, procurement planning. Proficient in
Primavera P6 ,
MS Project, or equivalent tools. Fluent in English and German.
