Business Development Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth in the DACH region. You will be responsible for leading all sales activities, from market analysis to developing new strategies that drive revenue.
* Sales Leadership: Oversee all sales activities within the DACH region, including market analysis, strategy development, and team management.
* Customer Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to close successful deals.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedules.
* Offer Preparation: Collaborate with the internal tendering team to create compelling technical and commercial offers.
* Brand Representation: Be a representative of our company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, while supporting our marketing initiatives.
* CRM Management: Keep customer data and sales progress up-to-date in the CRM system to optimize your workflow and ensure smooth communication.
* Project Handover: Once a project is won, prepare detailed handover documents to ensure seamless execution by the internal teams.
