Job Title: Data Center Operations Specialist
The role of a Data Center Operations Specialist is a highly technical position that requires the ability to resolve complex problems on data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, driving continuous improvement efforts, and enabling operations teams to deliver 100% uptime on all customer-supporting infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Setting and maintaining high standards for safety
* Driving continuous improvement efforts through standardization of procedures and policies
* Ensuring the preventive maintenance of site-critical facility infrastructure
* Facility monitoring and supervision
* Participation in the delivery of build-out and retrofit of data center infrastructure
* Reviewing incident reports and providing updates and recommended actions to management
Requirements:
* High school or equivalent diploma
* Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory
* Ability to work at heights and from ladders
