You manage and develop strategic key accounts within the global lamp business, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.
Furthermore, you drive global lamp sales performance, structuring and optimizing pricing, sales approaches, and portfolio strategies together with Product Management.
You contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to the lamp business, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Several years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development, preferably within an industrial or technology-driven environment
Strategic thinking combined with solid project management skills, with the ability to structure and drive initiatives independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels
Fluent in English and German
