This is the future of customer experience (CX). We’ll give you the opportunity, as an SAP Customer Experience Trainee, to assist our experienced consultants with introducing IT solutions in our national and international customers’ companies, with a view to optimizing the customer journey through marketing, sales and service. With SAP Customer Experience, you will work with the latest SAP technology and will receive training in all the process steps – from analysis and concept creation to implementation.

Your profile:
* You have successfully completed a degree in Economic Sciences or Business Administration (ideally majoring in Business Information Systems and/or Marketing), or have a similar education
* You enjoy working as part of a team and advising customers You are a creative thinker and understand complex interrelationships
* You are enthusiastic, independent and committed in everything you do
* You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
* You are willing to travel– you like being on the road with the customer, but don’t have to live out of your suitcase five days a week
Our trainees can expect an appealing trainee program where we focus on learning by doing from the very start. Under the supervision of a mentor, our trainees work on current projects and attend internal training and further education courses in parallel, so they can gradually build up sound know-how.
