Our production facility is located in Hatten. We are part of the Stern-Wywiol Group, a dynamic, independent group of companies with 14 plants in Germany and 20 international subsidiaries worldwide.
Do you want to contribute to ensuring our products are correctly labeled, safe, and ready for global use in a diverse and dynamic environment? In this role, you will act as a key liaison, ensuring our master data is maintained reliably, completely, and according to the highest quality standards. Your tasks
* Creation of raw material master data in the ERP system
* Creation of finished goods master data including production bills of materials
* Preparation of product specifications including full declaration
* Responsible Halal and Kosher Management
* Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of all master data in the relevant ERP systems
* Ensuring compliance with food law regulations (LMIV, Flavourings Regulation, allergens, declaration guidelines)
* Close collaboration with R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, purchasing and sales
Your profile
* Completed vocational training or studies in the food sector, e.g. food technology, nutritional science or food chemistry
* Very high accuracy and care are required, as master data forms a central basis for production, logistics and declaration.
* Analytical and structured work style, as well as enjoyment of processes and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration with R&D, quality, purchasing and sales
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
* Teamwork & service orientation
* Ideally, experience in the food or flavorings sector as well as knowledge of GS1 standards and international certifications (IFS, BRC, FSSC)
