Overview The Senior Analyst will report to the Director of Strategy & Operations for Industrials, partnering with the Leadership Team and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies, improve commercial and operational processes, and drive traction in adoption and retention. High‑Level Traits Self‑starter with a knack for technology, operations, systems thinking, and tool & process building Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work on several projects simultaneously Willingness to learn, own problems, and partner with experienced individuals to define and implement solutions Role Responsibilities Strategy Formulation & Execution Partner with the S&O team and Industrials Leadership to scope and execute strategic initiatives Understand and solve complex business problems and support strategic decision‑making for department leaders and the C‑Suite through data analysis, research, and workshops, focusing primarily on revenue growth Support the strategic vision of Airspace’s growth plans by preparing and leading strategy formulation sessions with the Director of S&O Business Performance Management Maintain a healthy sales operating cadence, define KPIs, and ensure KPI achievement through progress monitoring, tracking, and project management of the prospecting and sales pipeline Collaborate with the Analytics team to build dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools to improve revenue predictability; maintain analytical tools that support customer operations and reporting requirements Contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short‑term and long‑range issues, recommending options, and implementing them with the Sales and Account Management teams Process Engineering Collaborate with department leaders (e.g., revenue, operations, finance) on cross‑functional projects to define, build, and deploy company‑wide processes, solutions, dashboards, and tools Own projects and sub‑initiatives that improve end‑to‑end sales and operational processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reportability Become proficient in Salesforce and Looker, building reports and recommending system improvements in partnership with the S&O team Strategic Account Support Serve as Project Manager for High‑Value Prospect (HVP) logos, ensuring progress throughout the pipeline and onboarding project Handle priority strategic tasks including margin analysis, pricing analysis, RFP responses, and basic Salesforce administration Support Airspace’s solution‑based selling approach by identifying customer service requirements in the High Tech and Automotive verticals and translating them into internal project plans Assist the sales organization in analyzing data and building compelling presentations Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in an analytical role (management consulting, RevOps, S&O, data analytics, or BizOps) MSc/MA from a leading academic institution or equivalent professional experience; STEM background preferred Highly proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred Systems and tools thinker who builds widely‑used tools and eliminates repetitive tasks Comfortable working closely with Sales & Account Management leaders and understanding core Revenue KPIs Experience creating reports from critical business systems such as Salesforce and Looker Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and general RevOps KPIs/pipeline reporting Direct experience synthesizing information from multiple sources and using data to substantiate recommendations and identify risk areas Willingness to learn the operational and technological details of time‑critical logistics and air freight Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical reasoning skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Entrepreneurial and resourceful, solving problems when the path is not obvious Positive attitude, mission‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Experience in logistics is not necessary Core Values We are One Team—our collaboration achieves more We make an Impact—positively influencing environment, customers, industry, and world We are Passionate—caring deeply about our mission and raising the bar We are Transparent—open, honest, and sincere communication We are Innovative—continuously improving our product, service, and ourselves About Airspace Airspace moves the world’s most time‑sensitive shipments on time, every time, using a proprietary AI‑powered platform protected by multiple patents.
