Your Responsibilities:
🤝 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
💼 Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with tailored solutions.
📈 Customer Retention and Growth: Focus on customer retention strategies, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring client needs are met. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
🌍 Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and meeting with them virtually and onsite to strengthen the relationship.

Your Profile:
* Extensive experience in customer relationship management, private banking, or asset management, with a solid track record of working with HNWIs.
* Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and financial services.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic approach to relationship management.
* Outgoing and personable, capable of engaging clients both virtually and in person.
* Proficiency in English and German (C1)
