We’re the largest importer and exporter of second-hand shoes in the UAE and we’re now expanding into Europe. Our new Germany operation is focused on direct-to-consumer sales, mainly through marketplaces like eBay. We move fast, we operate lean, and we’re building something ambitious from the ground up. About the role :We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the setup and daily running of our new fulfilment centre in Hannover. You’ll be the first hire on the ground and play a key role in shaping the operation - from building the team to designing processes that scale. ROLE OVERVIEW: ● Full responsibility for day-to-day running of the Germany warehouse ● Oversee goods-in, stock organisation, and tracking using our custom WMS ● Manage daily dispatch of 500 orders (primarily eBay) ● Lead a small team of warehouse and dispatch staff ● Needs to be comfortable in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment ● Previous experience in high-volume warehouse ops (e.g. Amazon-style) is essential ● Must be fluent in German and English ● This person will have full autonomy over the German warehouse operation and will report directly to Head of Ecom and the senior management team in the UAE What you’ll be doing: ● Set up and manage the day-to-day running of our Germany warehouse ● Oversee goods-in, stock control, warehouse layout, and internal workflows ● Use our custom WMS to manage inventory and keep everything traceable ● Manage daily dispatch of 500 orders (mainly eBay), ensuring speed and accuracy ● Recruit, train and lead a small team of warehouse and dispatch staff ● Work closely with the Head of eCom and the UAE team to report on performance and flag improvements ● Make sure the site is safe, efficient, well-organised, and future-ready ● Be hands-on when needed and take full responsibility for results What we’re looking for ● Solid experience running or helping run a high-volume eCommerce or retail warehouse ● Confident using digital systems and scanners — experience with a WMS is a big plus ● Fluent in both German and English ● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills ● Someone who takes ownership, gets stuck in, and builds processes that work Bonus if you have Experience with eBay, Shopify or other marketplace fulfilment ● Been involved in setting up a new warehouse or scaling operations from scratch
