What you'll do
* Independently manage and drive forward-looking HR projects – from digital tools to people-centric transformation initiatives
* Act as a connector across departments and teams, working in an agile, collaborative way
* Lead and shape initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, AI in HR, and future-proof organizational structures
* Support teams and leaders through change, build frameworks for new ways of working, and develop concepts that make a difference
* Plan and facilitate workshops, create clear communication strategies – in both English and German
What you bring
* Several years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist and project-focused role within a corporate or international setting
* Strong interest in New Work, agile methods, and cultural transformation
* Solid knowledge of Organizational Development, Change Management, and HR Digitalization
* Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
