Jira & Confluence Administrator EMEA (all genders)
Responsibilities:
1. You will administer and continuously optimize our Jira and Confluence cloud environments.
2. Together with international teams, you’ll manage users and permissions, configure workflows, and develop automations.
3. You’ll advise and support business units in the effective use of Jira and Confluence — from boards to the setup of knowledge bases.
4. You’ll evaluate and manage apps while maintaining guidelines, documentation, and best practices.
5. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business units, and stakeholders across EMEA, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
Profile:
6. You have a degree or similar qualifications in IT and several years of experience in administering Jira and Confluence cloud environments.
7. You bring solid expertise in Jira workflows, permission schemes, automations, JQL, and user/group management.
8. You’re able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and enjoy working in international teams.
9. Clear communication, independent working, and a strong service orientation are among your strengths.
10. Excellent written and spoken English and German skills complete your profile.
