Responsibilities
You will support our Procurement Process Optimization Team in a variety of projects, with a focus on the following key areas:
* Developing complex evaluations and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
* Creating PowerPoint presentations as the basis for executive and board-level documents
* Designing tracking and tracing tools for internal stakeholders
* Supporting the team in various project-related tasks and day-to-day operations
* As part of the Procurement Process Optimization Team, you will work in a corporate function and interact with various organizational units worldwide
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in Logistics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Structured, analytical, and reliable approach to work
* Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
* Able to summarize own analyses and recommendations and present them convincingly to various stakeholders
* Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and a high degree of flexibility
* Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
* Cultural awareness and openness to other perspectives are key requirements
* Previous experience in Controlling or Process Management is an advantage
