Job Description The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers into long-term partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Responsibilities Actively identify and pursue potential customers through networking events, online research, cold outreach, and partnerships. Qualify leads to ensure they align with the Company’s target customer profile. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand VyOS services and processes. Clearly communicate terms of engagement and address any initial questions or concerns. Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, leads, and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions. Address client queries and provide detailed product information in a timely and professional manner. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Requirements Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. The official workday starts between 8 AM and 11 AM (employee local time) and ends between 5 PM and 8 PM (employee local time). While flexibility is encouraged, occasional work outside typical hours may be required to align with colleagues in different time zones.
