The OCM Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing change management activities to ensure successful adoption of business, process, and technology transformations. This role focuses on the people side of change, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize engagement, readiness, and adoption.
Location: We consider candidates from across Europe. The role requires on-site presence at Basel, Switzerland office 2 times per month; all travel costs will be fully covered.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and business objectives
* Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and organizational risks related to transformation initiatives
* Design and deliver change interventions, including communication, training, engagement, and reinforcement activities
* Partner with project managers, business owners and leadership to integrate change management into overall project delivery
* Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization
* Create and manage communication materials such as presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and leadership talking points
* Support leaders and managers in their role as change sponsors and people managers during transitions
* Monitor adoption metrics, resistance indicators, and feedback, adjusting strategies as needed
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change impact discussions
* Ensure change management best practices and standards are applied across initiatives
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation programs, or large-scale initiatives
* Proven experience managing change for technology, process, or organizational transformations
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments
* Ability to influence without formal authority and work effectively with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations
* Background in consulting or complex, multi-country programs
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
