As a People Experience Partner, you will play a key role in fostering a thriving and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees, understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations. Provide guidance and support on various HR matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee well-being. Talent Development: Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs. Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, training programs, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skillsets, foster career growth, and maximize employee potential. Performance Management: Ensure the effective implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, performance feedback, and performance evaluations. Coach managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and facilitate performance conversations to drive continuous improvement. Employee Experience: Proactively contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Be a champion of diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement efforts. Policy and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulations, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain accurate HR records. New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to excel in their roles. Conduct orientation sessions, share company information, and support the integration process. HR Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular HR reports and metrics to track and analyze trends, informing data-driven decision-making processes. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance people practices, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
