Customer Contact Specialist

We are looking for a skilled customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to our customers.


Duties

* Coordinate customer inquiries and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
* Provide product information and answer customer questions via phone and email
* Ensure seamless communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
* Support the sales team by providing product information and answering customer questions
* Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Receive and process customer complaints and feedback
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the ordering process
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling


Requirements

* Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification through acquired business experience or further education
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desired but not required
* Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is highly desirable
