Planner Strategic Operations (f/m/d)
We are looking for a motivated Planner Strategic Operations (m/f/d) to join us in Munich at the earliest possible date.
You will lead complex, strategic projects—from conception to successful implementation. This includes developing project plans, defining goals and milestones. You identify risks early, develop countermeasures, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders and top management.
You will support the development and optimization of our global logistics network. This involves analyzing existing goods flows and warehouse structures and developing concepts to increase efficiency. Special attention is given to the specific requirements of the three brands MYTHERESA, Net-A-Porter, and Mr Porter, ensuring their brand-specific service promises are integrated into the network strategy. You model various scenarios and support top management in decision-making with data-based recommendations.
You will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and evaluation of tenders for transportation providers, external logistics partners, or other suppliers. This includes creating requirement profiles, analyzing proposals, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and supporting contract negotiations.
You will develop comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives and investment decisions. This involves analyzing cost effects, process impacts, and economic risks, and preparing your recommendations in a decision-ready format for top management.
You will act as the central point of contact for strategic logistics projects across the organization. This includes close collaboration with teams at our five global logistics sites as well as with central functions of the three brands MYTHERESA, Net-A-Porter, and Mr Porter. You coordinate project activities across regions and ensure that local requirements and global strategies are optimally aligned.
