Job Title: Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) OTC

Our client is Looking an experienced marketing leader to drive the growth of well-established OTC brands within a fast-paced and highly regulated healthcare environment. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, consumer understanding, and execution excellence tailored to the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive brand strategy and end-to-end execution for key OTC brands in Germany
- Adapt global and regional strategies into effective, locally relevant marketing plans
- Leverage market, consumer, and shopper insights to uncover growth opportunities and shape brand direction
- Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns in collaboration with media and cross-functional teams
- Drive in-store visibility and below-the-line activation initiatives in partnership with Trade Marketing
- Develop and refine pricing and promotional strategies to deliver strong commercial outcomes and ROI
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Brand Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a Marketing-related discipline
- Proven experience in brand management within OTC, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare sectors
- Strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in complex and regulated environments
- Prior experience managing teams or leading direct reports
- Excellent analytical skills paired with strong storytelling and presentation capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrix organizations
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Deep understanding of the German market
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
