You’ll break new ground by
1. Supporting the conceptual development of data analytics and AI projects
2. Defining goals, milestones, and timelines for data-driven initiatives
3. Selecting data sources, models, and AI methods for innovative solutions
4. Collaborating across the value chain on analytics use cases
5. Extracting, validating, and transforming data using cloud-native tools (Snowflake, Azure, dbt)
6. Building and maintaining data pipelines (Azure, AWS)
7. Applying machine learning & AI techniques (Python, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
8. Developing apps with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms
9. Creating RAG systems and AI-powered chatbots
10. Designing interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit)
11. Contributing to business development and executive presentations
12. Preparing training materials and supporting workshops on GenAI, MLOps, and the modern data stack
This is how you'll win us over
Education: At least four completed semesters of a bachelor’s degree with strong academic results, or currently pursuing a Master’s/Ph.D. in fields like informatics, mathematics, data science/engineering, physics, or similar
Experience & Skills (required):
13. Practical experience in analytics, data science, or software development (internships, research, Kaggle, etc.)
14. Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), SQL, Git, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
15. Knowledge of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment
Experience & Skills (nice to have):
16. MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring)
17. Generative AI experience (OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs)
18. Big Data frameworks (Spark, Databricks)
19. BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit)
20. Data engineering tools (dbt, Airflow)
Ways of working:
21. Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
22. Strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn
Languages: Fluent in English (min. C1), German is a plus
