Wind Turbine Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Engineer to join our team in supporting the technical development of our wind portfolio.



About the Role:

The selected candidate will work closely with our project developers to provide technical input at various stages of project development, focusing on projects at an advanced stage of development, tendering, and during construction.

You will be responsible for providing technical and performance management as well as verification of the wind turbine scope, supporting the delivery of a wind farm wind turbine package.



Your Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the preparation and negotiation of technical aspects of Turbine Supply Agreements.
* Support our development teams by providing technical input into planning applications.
* Work with our Engineers to develop specifications for the project and lead design reviews to verify contractor engineering.
* Develop and manage the scheduling of the WTG delivery within the wider project plan.
* Support technical handover, close-out & resolution of warranty issues.
* Explain technical aspects clearly to key project stakeholders.
* Conduct site visits as required.



Your Requirements:

* A degree in a technical field and/or education in a relevant area with several years of professional experience.
* Demonstrate relevant professional experience with negotiating technical aspects of wind turbines supply agreements.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic project environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences.
