Job Description As working student, you will contribute to the development of standard IT solutions, either within a specific business unit or across Bosch as a whole, by managing business requirements from the shopfloor of several plants worldwide. You will have the opportunity to participate in international working groups with experts from different Bosch business units (Mobility Electronics, Power Solutions, Electrified Motion) and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of production and IT specialists. Furthermore, you will hold presentations and engage in discussions about subtopics in this area within an international working environment. Last but not least, you will support process delegates who represent the business unit in central projects, as well as assist the entire team with various tasks. Qualifications Education: Master studies in any field of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable with a focus on production Experience and Knowledge : in Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence), MES systems, Power BI, Miro and MS 365; touchpoints and/or experience in manufacturing; shopfloor operations and business process management is an advantage Personality and Working Practice: you are a teamplayer with strong conceptual strength; you think in a process-oriented manner and have a responsible working style; you're open to solving problems and approach processes and challenges with focus on the outcome Work Routine: hybrid working mode possible with shares of office attendance in Blaichach and mobile working Enthusiasm: for working in an innovative and constantly evolving environment and in a high performance team Languages: very good in German and English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 - 12 months – 10 h/week Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
